We had two tires blow on a heavy horse trailer at 1 am. The trailer was fully loaded with five horses and two women on the side of the road. This gentleman could not help us specifically because of the weight of the trailer and horses but he literally called around at no charge and found someone who could. You literally won't find a better business that is more willing to help. Thank you for being our God sent, tonight. We are truly grateful.

Our family was blown away by John's amazing service. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We did not know him before our tires blew out but he treated us like VIPs. John was able to assess the situation by asking questions via phone and then made sure we had the help we needed. There is literally no way to properly express our full gratitude. Thank you, Sir. Jon made it to my location faster than the ETA, and got my car unlocked fast as well! He offered a military discount which was very nice. Would recommend his services to anyone!

My wife and mother lost two tires hauling our horses in the middle of the night on May 4th. I was unable to get to them at the time. This gentleman called all over for them to find someone that could help and did not stop until he found someone who was able.

A friend of mine had a shredded tire and called me for help. I got Jon's name from Discount Tires and called him to explain the situation. He said he would leave right away. About 10 minutes later, he called me back and said he couldn't find her! But he didn't give up! He drove up and down the two streets she had mentioned and finally found her just a few minutes before I got there.
He was wonderful!! Not only did he put the little balloon tire on so she could get to a tire store, but he checked all the other tires before he was finished and found big chunks had been cut out of two other tires by the "shrapnel" from the shredded tire and the concrete abutment she hit after it blew. One of the other two tires had been cut so deeply, you could see the corded layer under the rubber.
Not only did he go over and above what we had expected (first by not giving up on finding her!), what he charged was about half of what we had expected!!
I just can't say enough about his professionalism, his attention to detail and his calming personality. I have already told several people about him and plan to tell a BUNCH more!!

John helped my son who had a bad battery that needed to be replaced. He treated us like we've known him for a long time, was quick, and tested the starter, the alternator, the existing battery, before replacing it. I would recommend him highly.

The service technician arrived earlier than the ETA. He was very helpful and had all of the tools needed to do the job. He completed the tire change in no time, his prices were very reasonable and he was professional. I would very much recommend him to anyone needing roadside assistance.

We had called several places no one showed up. We called John with River City Assistance he was there quicker than ETA. He had all tools needed and knew what he needed to do to get our tire off. We were well pleased with his price and service.

When a flat tire on a trailor I was pulling left me stranded...and even though I had not been a client in the past, this wonderful man from RiverCity Roadside Assistance responded with kindness and professionalism that soon had me on my way! Fast forward to approximately one hr later...the OTHER TIRE WENT FLAT as well! Another call to Jon: this awesome man responded to my plea for help yet again with a dedication and concern that one rarely sees these days in anyone. He is the only reason I made it home today, and I am so grateful! I wonder if this incredibly kind and proficient fellow knows he has made a friend who will be a lifelong customer of RiverCity Roadside Assistance?!
